It's great watching friends grow and succeed, and Josh and his team have done just that over the years. The concept came about because the company was new and fresh at the time, literally being formed together by little bits and pieces. I was doing a ton of pixel-oriented work at the time, and the pixel metaphor seemed to fit right in. It served them for many years and I think helped them stand out in a crowded market.
