When the owner of Dovetail, Isaac Alexander, approached me with a project to convert a storage room into a venue, I jumped at the chance to have Sputnik participate. We envisioned a really cool western bar with modern furniture and other updated touches. The space would serve basic pourover coffee in the morning and transition into a craft beer and whisky bar at night. The project was very popular amongst the stakeholders, but they held off on the project until some legalities could be worked out.
