Journey Map - Medici

When Medici approached us with the brand refresh, one of the things we agreed was necessary was to analyze not only their own in-store customer experiences, but competitor's coffee shops as well. The Medici owners took a trip to Seattle and Portland armed with an experience questionairre we prepared for them, to record their experiences along the way. This information was later analyzed and presented back to them in the form of a customer journey.
